• Support the region and be the main point of contact for any admin related issues.
• Processing incoming/outgoing post;
• Managing the reception area - answering and directing calls
• Responding to email queries or escalating them to the relevant team
• Participate in weekly meetings and record minutes
  
• Deal with invoice queries
  
• Additional duties as required

• Experience in administration or customer service
• Microsoft suite to an intermediate level including Word and Excel
