About The Role

untypical is seeking a HubSpot CRM Developer for a 12-18 month fixed-term contract. The role will lead the hands-on design, configuration, development and integration of HubSpot CRM as part of the business's digital transformation.

Working across IT and business teams, the postholder will translate requirements into secure, supportable solutions that improve lead management, customer engagement, reporting and operational efficiency. The role covers data migration, integrations, automation, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer into business-as-usual support.

 Responsibilities and Duties

    • •  Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, IT and other stakeholders to define requirements, user journeys and delivery priorities.
    • •  Design and configure HubSpot objects, properties, associations, pipelines, views, permissions, workflows and automation in line with agreed business processes.
    • •  Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and core business systems, including websites, data platforms and COINS ERP where required.
    • •  Build secure integrations using HubSpot APIs, webhooks, private apps and appropriate authentication methods.
    • •  Plan and deliver data migrations, including data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
    • •  Improve lead capture, allocation, lifecycle management and hand-offs between marketing, sales and customer service teams.
    • •  Create reliable CRM reporting and data structures that support operational insight and management information.
    • •  Establish controlled development, testing, release and rollback processes, using HubSpot sandbox capabilities where available.
    • •  Investigate defects and performance issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
    • •  Apply data governance, security, access control, retention and UK GDPR requirements across the CRM solution.
    • •  Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, data dictionaries, test evidence and support procedures.
    • •  Provide training, knowledge transfer and handover to internal teams so the solution can be supported effectively after the contract end.
    •   Create and manage hubspot design implementation.
  • About You

    Essential:

    •   Proven experience delivering HubSpot CRM implementations, development or major enhancement programmes in a hands-on role.
    • •  Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including its data model, objects, properties, associations, pipelines, workflows, permissions and reporting.
    • •  Experience with relevant HubSpot hubs, particularly Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Service Hub.
    • •  Practical integration experience using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth and private apps.
    • •  Development skills in JavaScript or Node.js; experience with another integration language such as Python or C# is also valuable.
    • •  Experience of data migration, data mapping, cleansing and reconciliation, with a working knowledge of SQL or comparable query tools.
    • •  Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and supportable CRM solutions.
    • •  Experience of testing, defect management, release control and production support.
    • •  Good understanding of CRM security, role-based access, data governance and UK GDPR requirements.
    • •  Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver agreed outcomes within a fixed-term programme.
  • Desirable

    • •  Current HubSpot certifications relevant to CRM administration, development, integrations or solution architecture.
    • •  Experience with Breeze AI (Hubspots inbuilt AI module) andHubspots Chat GPT connector functionality.
    • •  Experience with Operations Hub, custom code actions, custom objects or programmable automation.
    • •  Experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL development.
    • •  Experience integrating HubSpot with ERP, finance, property, construction or data warehouse platforms.
    • •  Knowledge of COINS ERP, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Git or automated deployment practices.
    •   Experience in housebuilding, construction, property or another multi-site customer journey environment.
