About The Role

This post sits in our Group Commercial Team and reports to our Head of Procurement. It's aim is to ensure that the rebates with suppliers are collated and collected in a timely manner. It works with each regional business to collate information to support claims for rebate, provides forecasts for future rebate and regional compliance with the Group agreements that are in place. 

 

Duties will include:

 
  • Liaise with suppliers and submit excel spreadsheets
  • Administer Group rebates, submission and invoicing to suppliers, establish a robust process to correlate and claim rebates.
  • Collate build information from regional business units across the Group for use in Rebate claiming.
  •  Meet with suppliers to discuss any issues relating to rebate process  
  •  Maintain and update Invoice information
  •  Produce subcontractor compliance report annually.
  •  Update Rebate Processing Procedures when changes are undertaken to the process. 
  •  Analysis of rebates as requested by Strategic Sourcing Manager/Group Commercial Director
  •  Monitor and report on regional compliance across with group agreements.
  •  Assist with a 360-degree vendor review process.
  •  Provide assistance where required on establishing/renewing group agreements. 

 


About You

  • Ability to work independently to manage own workload to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Competent in producing/analysing and presenting numerical data
  • Competent IT skills working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Office
  • Use of procurement/payment systems, preferably COINS.
  • Excellent organisational skills
